In our work together, our clinicians will journey alongside you to establish a pattern of eating that supports your recovery and is best for you physically, mentally, and emotionally. We will never shame or judge you for what you eat.
We believe that all eating disorder work should be approached through a weight-neutral, anti-diet lens, and believe that eating disorders can affect anyone, in any body size or stage of life.
We believe that you are the expert in your body, and we are here to guide, encourage, and above all, listen! Our goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey, and we’ll go from there.
